Strictly Prohibited Under Law:
- Downloading, scraping, or republishing QADAR product photographs onto any third-party store, marketplace, or advertisement.
- Removing, cropping, or altering watermarks, logos, or brand identifiers from our images.

2. Trademarks & Brand Signature
The following names, insignias, and brand marks are exclusively owned:
- QADAR Heritage Luxury • قَدَر للمجوهرات: The registered trade name and retail identity.
- The Royal Crown Monogram: The vector master crown signature and all authorized variations.
- "Details with Meaning" Slogan: The registered brand essence and marketing descriptor.
Any unauthorized use of these marks or confusingly similar designations that mislead consumers or dilute brand equity is actionable under trademark statutes.
